I worked out for over an hour. 10 minutes to warm up the upper body on the machine. 5 sets of 20 rows with 40 pound
weights. 6 sets of 20 push-ups alternating with 20 reps on the Marcy Wedge. 5 sets of 20 reps with the Iron Arms.
5 sets of 20 reps with the hand grips. 11 more minutes on the machine.
