oh and larry - i enjoy pushups, do a few whenever i can, but since i haven't done weights in a while i don't want to overdo it and end up with huge pecs, as they're quite well trained as it is... think i might get the "perfect pushup" bars cause they at least do a more complete upper body "experience" during pushups.
otherwise i just play basketball, been doing that since i was 8, save for the 3 years where i wasn't able to while on oil rigs and stuff during my previous job, before i moved to hamburg. now i play twice a week or so, and it's good to stay in ok shape and keep the joints from getting rusty. not that it matters because i'm still quite young. but it's good to sprint and sweat. it's better than ending up like a whale from sitting on the couch all day.

I do weights almost every other day. Push-ups are a great upper body exercise.  Have a good night!

better than being stuck in the office and trying to coordinate various projects that won't be progressing much anyway cause there's so much to do...

oh and i brought my packed-up lappy...

i'm accepting bets to see if you guys think that Novatech told the courier service to come pick it up from the office instead of at home as they had incorrectly originally planned?

i'm being cynical and expect them to go pick it up at home, where there won't be anyone until late this evening when i get back from work. my girlfriend is more positive and thinks they'll come here despite all issues i've had with them to date.

what do you think? bored.gif
