I did an upper body workout. 15 minutes on the machine to warm up. 5 sets of 30 dips.

5 sets of 40 pull ups. 5 sets of one minute with the body-blade. 10 more minutes on the

machine doing the upper body.

ok, home sweet home again ... that dang washing machine was quite heavy, luckily we only had 40m of distance and 4 steps to carry it winknudge.gif

Full size washing machine, 2 guys, loading and unloading and carrying ... plenty of exercise for me laugh4.gif
