
Good to hear. I did my workout. 15 minutes on the machine to warm up. I am worried about my elbow. I did one set of push-ups and it was hurting.
I did things that don't effect the elbow. 5 sets of 20 with the Marcy Wedge and the Iron Arms. 3 sets of two minutes with the Shake-A-Weight. 10 more minutes on the machine doing the upper body.Lay off the push-up for a while then
