
I did a full body workout. 5 sets of 20 squats and heel raises. 10 minutes on the machine to warm up the upper body. 6 sets of one minute with the body-blades focusing on the chest and shoulders. 5 sets of 20 reps with the Iron Arms. 15 minutes on the machine doing the upper body.
20 push-ups for me earlier. Too cold to exercise














I must have not been that cold.
