No sign is rain out of these clouds. I did an upper body workout. 10 minutes on the machine to warm up.
5 sets of 20 rows with 45 pounds. 3 sets of one minute with the Body-Blade focusing on the biceps. 5 sets
of 40 pull-ups. 10 more minutes on the machine doing the upper body.
