I did an upper body workout. 10 minutes to warm up on the machine. 5 sets of 20 curls and triceps pushes

with 35 pound weights. 5 sets of 30 dips. 5 sets of 20 reps with the Iron Arms. 10 more minutes on the machine.

My wife has been stuck at the DMV since 10am. She is trying to get her restriction removed

from here drivers license.

Good evening! I had a nice fast food dinner. My wife is in Houston at her parents house. A light

mail day. Watching college football. For some reason, our trash and recycling still has not been

picked up. I checked some other bins on our street. They also have not been picked up.
