Good evening! We had a nice home cooked chicken, beans and potatoes dinner. A medium size mail day.

I plan to workout tonight.

I did over an hour workout.. 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body. 5 sets of 20

curls and triceps pushes with 40 pound weights. 6 sets of 20 push-ups. 5 sets of 20 with

the hand grips. 11 more minutes on the machine doing the upper body.
