I did an upper body workout. 10 minutes on the machine. 5 sets of 20 rows with 45 pound

weights. 5 sets of 20 reps with the Marcy Wedge. 5 sets of one minute shaking the Shake-

A-Weight. 10 more minute on the machine doing the upper body.
