It rained here too. Not hard enough to hear on the roof. That would keep me awake.
I did a leg workout. 5 sets of 20 squats and heel raises.
I did an upper body workout. 10 minutes on the machine to warm up. 5 sets of 30 dips.
5 sets of 20 reps with the hand grips. 5 sets of 20 push-ups. 15 minutes on the machine
doing the upper body.
