Good evening! We had a nice fast food chicken dinner. A busy day. We went to
a state park. We walked about 5 miles on two trails there. One of the trails said
hiking. We saw at least 12 bikes on that trail. I also did an evening workout.
20 minutes on the machine doing the upper body. 5 sets of 20 reps with the
Marcy Wedge. 5 sets of 20 reps with the Iron Arms. 6 sets of 20 push-ups.
5 sets of 20 reps with the hand grips. This morning, I did a leg workout.
5 sets of 20 squats and heel raises.
