I did an upper body workout. 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body. 5 sets of 20 reps with the Bison M1.
5 sets of 20 reps with the hand grips. 5 sets of 20 rows with 45 pound weights. 5 set of 20 reps with the Iron Arms.
10 more minutes on the machine doing the upper body.
