I did an upper body workout. 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body. 5 sets of 20 reps with the Bison M1.

5 sets of 20 reps with the hand grips. 5 sets of 20 rows with 45 pound weights. 5 set of 20 reps with the Iron Arms.

10 more minutes on the machine doing the upper body.

I did a full body workout. 5 sets of 20 squats and heel raises. 10 minutes on the machine doing

the upper body. 6 sets of 20 push-ups. 6 sets of 20 reps with the hand grips. 15 minutes on the

machine doing the upper body.

Good evening! We had a nice home cooked dinner. Chicken nuggets and fries. I did an evening workout.

10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body. 5 sets of 20 reps with the Bison M1. 5 set of 30 crunches.

5 sets of 20 curls and triceps pushes with 35 pound weights. 10 more minutes on the machine doing the upper

body.

Good Thursday morning! I have been on the phone with Safelite auto glass company. Yesterday,

a pebble hit my windshield. It cracked the glass in 9 places. It is about the size of a half dollar. I

want to get it taken care of before it spreads. A sunny and cool morning It should warm up nicely.

Marcy Wedge. 5 sets of 20 reps with the Iron Arms. I alternated between those two. 6 sets of

20 reps with the hand grips. 6 sets of one minute shaking the body-blades focusing on the

shoulders and chest. Nice weather today. I am wearing short sleeves.thumbup.gif

hopefully tomorrow. They told me, that it will be hard to repair.
