Good evening! We had a nice Italian food dinner. Traffic was terrible coming home from my route.

A medium size mail day. I did an evening workout. 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body.

6 sets of 25 push-ups. 3 sets of 20 reps with the Bison M1 behind my back.

Good Saturday morning! A chance of storms today. I got up late.

Good afternoon! We went to a large home products show. It was held at Cowboys Stadium. 

We got some skin moisturizer, and a collapsible hose. I also did a leg workout. 5 sets of 20

squats and heel raises. My wife went to a bead store.

Good evening! We had a nice seafood dinner. We used a coupon. I got grilled catfish.

I also did an upper body workout this afternoon. 10 minutes on the machine to warm up.

5 sets of 40 pull-ups. 5 sets of 30 dips. 5 sets of one minute shaking the Shake-A-Weight.

10 more minutes on the machine.

time change.

Good afternoon! We had a nice chicken soup lunch. I also did an upper body workout. 10 minutes on the machine

to warm up. 6 sets of 20 push-ups. Between those sets, 6 sets of 20 reps with the hand grips. 5 sets of 20 curls.

5 sets of one minute shaking the body-blade behind my back. 5 sets of 20 reps with the Iron Arms. 5 sets of 30

crunches.

Good evening! We had a nice seafood dinner with my wife's sister, former sister-in-law and their husband's.

I had craw-fish duo. Fried craw-fish and craw-fish ettoufee. Desert also. Her former sister-in-law bought dinner

for my wife's birthday and her sisters birthday.

I did a leg workout. l lost count, but I think that I did 5 sets of 20 squats and heel raises.

It might have been 6 sets. I also took the trash and recycling out.

I did over an hour upper body workout. 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body. 5 sets of 20 triceps

pushes. Between those sets, I did 5 sets of 20 reps with the hand grips. 5 sets of 20 reps with the Marcy Wedge.

6 sets of one minute shaking the body-blades doing lateral raises and pec-dec. 10 more minutes on the machine

doing the upper body.

We have a ring of pink in our bathtub/shower. I tried wet paper towels on it. We need a stronger cleaner than that. It may

have come from the soap that we use.
