I did an hour workout. 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body. 5 sets of 25 push-ups. Between those sets,
I did 5 sets of 20 reps with the hand grips. 5 sets of 25 reps with the Iron Arms. 5 sets of 30 crunches on the stability
ball. 10 more minutes on the machine doing the upper body.
