I did almost an hour workout. 12 minutes on the machine doing the upper body. 5 sets of 20 reps with 

the hand grips. 6 sets of one minute shaking the body-blades focusing on the shoulders and pec-dec.

5 sets of 20 reps doing rows with 40 pound weights.
