Good evening! We had a nice Mongolian style dinner. I got sweet and sour shrimp with rice.
A busy day. This morning we picked up a deposited my check. After that, we did a tour of
the Rangers Ballpark in Arlington. They had a college game going on after the tour. We stayed
for about 5 innings of that. We also visited a large park here. We walked about 2.5 miles there.
I also did a leg workout. 5 sets of 20 squats and heel raises. An upper body workout after that.
10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body. 5 sets of 25 push-ups. 5 sets of 20 reps with
the hand grips. 5 sets of 20 reps with the 35 pound weights doing triceps pushes. 3 sets of one
minute with the body-blade focusing on the triceps. 5 sets of 20 reps with the Iron Arms.
