I did an evening workout. 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body. 5 sets of 20 reps doing curls

with 40 pound weights. 5 sets of one minute shaking the Shake-A-Weight.

We have 2 days here as well, one for recycle stuffs, one for normal trash (whatever normal means)

shaking the body-blades focusing on the chest. 10 more minutes on the machine doing the upper

body.
