I did an hour upper body workout. 10 minutes on the machine to warm up. 5 sets of 20 triceps pushes with 35 pound weights. Between those sets, 5 sets of 20 reps with the hand grips. 6 sets of 20 push-ups. 10 more minutes on the machine doing the upper body.

Good afternoon! I got a new touchscreen laptop. It is a Sam-sung Chronos. It has dedicated graphics and a core I7 processor.
A terabyte hard drive. Windows 8. It is very nice. I got one year accidental and tech support with it. Anti-virus software also.
I also went to Sam's club to get some supplies for the month or longer.
Thanks, it has not rained much. Yes, we really need it. I took that computer back, and exchanged it
for an ASUS core I7, 15.6 inch display with a DVD drive. That other computer had no DVD drive.
I stop buying electronic stuffs, unless there is something really really good coming out. Have enough free devices from work as it is
