I did an upper body workout. 10 minutes on the machine to warm up. 5 sets of 30 dips.
Between those sets, I did 5 sets of 20 reps with the hand grips. 5 sets of 20 triceps
pushes with 40 pound weights. 10 more minutes on the machine.
I heard from my wife. She is also going to workout with her group at work.
Good evening! I had a nice Mexican fast food dinner. A steak taco, nachos, and a cinnamon twist desert.
My yard guy also worked on the yard. He cut down and smoothed out the spot where it was. He is going
to bring grass next time he does the yard.
She does the same thing every week at work. I can not meet her there.

5 sets of 20 reps with the hand grips. 5 sets of 25 reps with the Iron Arms. 5 sets of 20 reps with
the Marcy Wedge. 5 sets of 25 reps with the Bison M1.
