I can start posting in both threads. 10 minutes on the machine to warm up. 6 sets of one minute shaking
the body-blades doing lateral raises and pec-dec. Between those sets, I did 6 sets of 20 reps with the
hand grips. 6 sets of 20 reps doing triceps pushes with 35 pound weights. 10 more minutes on the
machine doing the upper body.
