I did a double workout. I started with the upper body. 10 minutes on the machine. 5 sets of 25 reps with the Marcy Wedge. 5 sets of 25 reps with the Iron Arms. 5 sets of 25 reps with the bison M1. Between
those sets, I did 25 reps with the hand grips. 10 more minutes on the machine doing the upper body.
6 sets of 20 push-ups. Between those sets, I did 6 sets of 30 crunches on the stability ball.
I also did a leg workout. 5 sets of 20 squats and heel raises.
