with the Marcy Wedge. 5 sets of 25 reps with the Iron Arms. 3 sets of 2 minutes shaking the Shake
a Weight. 3 sets of one minute shaking the Body Blade focusing on the shoulders. 5 sets of 20 reps
doing rows with 40 pound weight.
