I did the second part of my workout. 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body.
5 sets of 25 reps alternating between the Iron Arms and Marcy Wedge. 3 sets of two minutes
shaking the Shake-A-Weight. 5 sets of 20 curls and triceps pushes with 30 pound weights.
10 more minute on the machine doing the upper body.
