I did two workouts! 5 sets of 20 squats and heel raises. 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body. 5 sets of 25 reps with
the Marcy Wedge and Iron Arms. 10 more minutes on the machine doing the upper body. I also talked to my sister. She was in an
