Good very late afternoon! We had a nice deli style lunch. We also went to a large park before lunch and
walked 1.5 miles. We also went to my friends sports memorabilia store. I got a mini Cowboys helmet and
a free autographed picture. We also saw a move called The Internship.
I also did an upper body workout. 10 minutes on the machine to warm up. 6 sets of 20 push-ups.
Between those sets, I did 6 sets of 20 reps with the hand grips. I also did 5 sets of 20 curls with
35 pound weights. I also did 5 sets of one minute shaking the body-blade behind my back for the
triceps. 7 more minutes on the machine doing the upper body. 5 sets of 20 reps with the Marcy
Wedge and Iron Arms.
