I did an hour workout. 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body.
5 sets of 40 pull-ups. Between those sets, I did 5 sets of 20 reps with
the hand grips. 3 sets of one minute shaking the Body-Blades focusing
on the shoulders. 5 sets of 25 reps with the Marcy Wedge and Bison
M1. 10 more minutes on the machine doing the upper body.
