I did over an hour workout. 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body. 5 sets of 30 dips.
Between those sets, 5 sets of 20 reps with the hand grips. 5 sets of 20 curls with 35 pound
weights. 5 sets of one minute shaking the Body-Blade behind my back for the triceps.
5 sets of 25 reps with the Iron Arms and Marcy Wedge.
