I did an upper body workout. 10 minutes to warm up on the machine. 5 sets of 20 push-ups.
5 sets of 30 crunches. 9 sets with the body-blade focusing on the shoulders. 3 sets with the
shake-a-weight. I also took the car to the car wash even with a chance of rain tomorrow. They
have a 36 hour rewash policy.
