I did 5 sets of 20 reps with the hand grips. 3 sets of two minutes shaking the Shake-A-Weight. 3 sets
of one minute shaking the Body-Blades focusing on the shoulders. 5 sets of 25 reps with the Marcy
Wedge and Bison M1. 10 more minutes on the machine doing the upper body.
