Good evening! We had a nice home cooked shrimp and soup dinner. We also went to the
River Legacy park and walked 2 miles. A light mail day. I also got paid!
I did a 50 minute workout. 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body. 5 sets of 25 reps with
the Marcy Wedge and Iron Arms. 5 sets of one minute shaking the Shake-A-Weight. 5 sets of 20
squats and heel raises. 10 more minutes on the machine doing the upper body.
