I did an hour upper body workout! 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body. 6 sets of
one minute shaking the Body-Blades focusing on the shoulders and chest. 5 sets of 25 reps
with the Marcy Wedge and Iron Arms. 6 sets of 20 push-ups. 5 sets of 20 reps with the hand
grips. 10 more minutes on the machine doing the upper body.
