I did the second part of my workout. 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper boy. 5 sets of 20
reps with the Marcy Wedge, Bison M1, and hand grips. 5 sets of 20 curls with 35 pound weights.
5 sets of one minute shaking the Body-Blade behind my back for the triceps. 10 more minutes on
the machine doing the upper body.
