I did an hour and half workout. 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body. 5 sets of 25 reps
with the Marcy Wedge and Iron Arms. 3 sets of two minutes with the Shake-A-Weight. 3 sets of 25
reps with the Bison M1. 6 sets of 20 push-ups. 5 sets of 20 reps with the hand grips. 10 more minutes
on the machine doing the upper body.
