I did an upper body workout. 10 minutes on the machine to warm up. 5 sets of 20 curls with 35 pound
weights. 5 sets of one minute shaking the Body-Blade behind my back for the triceps. 5 sets of 20 reps
with the hand grips. 5 sets of 30 dips. 3 sets of 30 reps with the Iron Arms. 10 more minutes on the
machine doing the upper body.
yes, normally on Wednesday. Mine will be done after tomorrow ... have enough comp time to have a long weekend
