I did an upper body workout. 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body.
5 sets of 20 rows with 45 pound weights. 3 sets of one minute shaking the Body-
Blades focusing on the shoulders. 10 more minutes on the machine.
I also worked on the yard. I mowed the weeds and cleaned up. I was sweating.
It is 96 degrees already.
Good evening! We had a nice breakfast style dinner. We used a coupon for a free waffle. A light mail day.
