I did an upper body workout! 10 minutes on the machine to warm up. 5 sets of 20 curls with
35 pound weights. 5 sets of one minute shaking the Body-Blade behind my back for the triceps.
5 sets of 25 reps with the Marcy Wedge and Iron Arms. 5 sets of 30 dips. 5 sets of 20 reps with
the hand grips. 10 more minutes on the machine doing the upper body.
