We had a nice Italian food dinner. I got seafood Alfredo. I could not eat all of it. The soup and bread filled me up.

I did over an hour workout. 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body. 5 sets of 25 reps with the
Marcy Wedge and Bison M1. 6 sets of 20 push-ups. Between those sets, I did 5 sets of 20 reps with the
hand grips. 5 sets of 1.5 minutes shaking the Body-Blade in front of my body doing low, medium and high.
10 more minutes on the machine doing the upper body.
