Good evening! A busy day! It started with an upper body workout! 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body.
5 sets of 25 reps with the Marcy Wedge and Iron Arms. 5 sets of 20 reps with the hand grips. 5 sets of 20 rows with
45 pound weights. 5 sets of 40 pull-ups. 10 more minutes on the machine doing the upper body. We also went to Wylie
Texas for an outdoor sale. It was very hot! We then went to the mall. We walked the mall and ran into my wife's sister
and some friends. We had a nice steak dinner. Watching the Cowboys/Bengals game on the TV. Baseball on the
computer. The Rangers and White Sox. No score with either game.
