I did an upper body workout! 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body.
5 sets of 25 reps with the Marcy Wedge and Bison M1. 5 sets of 20 reps with
the hand grips. 10 more minutes on the machine doing the upper body.
That is the only drawback for being so lucky.
