I did an upper body workout! 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body.
5 sets of 40 pull-ups. Between those sets, I did 5 sets of 20 reps with the hand
grips. 3 sets of one minute shaking the Body-Blades doing peck-decks. 3 sets
of 25 reps with the Marcy Wedge, Iron Arms and Bison M1. 10 more minutes on
the machine doing the upper body. 5 sets of 20 curls with 35 pound weights.
