I saw your rating in the movie thread.
I did over an hour workout! 10 minutes on the machine to warm up. 5 sets of 30 dips.
5 sets of 20 reps with the hand grips. 5 sets of 20 curls with 35 pound weights. 5 sets
of 25 reps with the Iron Arms and Marcy Wedge. 5 sets of one minute with the Body-
Blades doing it behind my back for the triceps. 10 more minute on the machine doing
the upper body.
