I did over an hour workout. 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body. 5 sets of 25 reps with
the Marcy Wedge, Bison M1, and hand grips. 3 sets of one minute shaking the Body-Blades doing
lateral raises for the shoulders. 5 sets of 20 rows with 45 pound weights. 10 more minute on the
machine doing the upper body.
