Strong winds can be dangerous!
I did an upper body workout! 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body!
5 sets of 40 pull-ups. 5 sets of 20 reps with the hand grips. 5 sets of 20 curls with
35 pound weights. Between those sets, I did 5 sets of one minute shaking the
Body-Blade behind my back for the triceps. 10 more minutes on the machine
doing the upper body.
