I did an hour workout! 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body. 5 sets of 25 reps with
the hand grips, Marcy Wedge and Iron Arms. 5 sets of 20 reps doing curls with 35 pound weights.
5 sets of one minute shaking the Body-Blade behind my back for the triceps. 10 more minutes on
the machine doing the upper body.
