5 sets of 20 reps doing curls with 35 pound weights. 5 sets of one minute shaking the Body-Blade behind
my back for the triceps. 5 sets of 25 reps with the Marcy Wedge, Iron Arms and hand grips. 5 sets of 40
pull-ups! 10 more minutes on the machine doing the upper body!
