I did an upper body workout this morning/afternoon! 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body!
6 sets of 20 push-ups! 5 sets of 20 reps with the hand grips. 5 sets of 25 reps with the Marcy Wedge
and Iron Arms. 10 more minutes on the machine doing the upper body. 5 sets of one minute shaking
the Shake A Weight!
