I also did an upper body workout! 10 minutes on the machine doing the upper body!
5 sets of 25 reps with the hand grips and Marcy Wedge! 5 sets of 20 curls with 35
pound weights! 5 sets of one minute shaking the Body Blade behind my back for
the triceps. 10 more minutes on the machine doing the upper body!
