I did an upper body workout! 10 minutes on the machine! 5 sets of 25 reps with the
hand grips, Marcy Wedge and Iron Arms. 6 sets of one minute shaking the Body
Blade Pro in front of my chest! 6 sets with the Body Blade Classic concentrating
on the shoulders! 3 sets with a ball on the wall doing my shoulder exercises!
8 more minutes on the machine!
