Good evening! We had a nice fast food dinner. A nice evening for a walk of the neighborhood, which we did. I also talked
to a neighbor who does real estate. I also did a workout this afternoon. 5.sets of 20 rows with 60 pound weights. 5 sets of
one minute thirty seconds with the body-blade focusing on the chest.
I walked plenty going to the movie, to the bus stop, then back - quite fun. Plus the weeding-squatting this morning and I had my work out for the day
