That could be a good workout. I plan to do a leg workout this evening.
I did two workouts today. This morning, I did 5 sets of 20 push-ups. 3 sets of two minutes with
the body-blade focusing on the chest. 10 minutes to warm up on the machine. This afternoon I
did 10 minutes on the machine to warm up. 5 sets of 20 rows with 60 pound weights. 9 sets
with the body-blade focusing on the shoulders.
